INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, chopped
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Soup Ingredients
- 🍅 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
- 💧 200ml water
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
PASOS
Slice the onion, chop the carrot into bite-sized pieces, and mince the garlic.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the chicken until its color changes.
Add the onion, carrot, and garlic to the pot and sauté until the vegetables soften. Then, add flour and stir until no longer powdery.
Add the soup ingredients (diced tomatoes, water, sugar, consomme, salt, and pepper) and mix well. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
