INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini
Seasoning
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Pinch of black pepper
Sauce
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥛 100cc heavy cream
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
PASOS
Cut the onion into bite-sized pieces and slice the zucchini into 1cm rounds.
Make shallow cuts in the chicken thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces, and season with salt and pepper.
Mix all sauce ingredients (egg, cream, cheese, salt, black pepper) in a bowl.
Heat butter in a frying pan, add chicken, and cook on medium heat for about 3 minutes. Flip the chicken and add zucchini and onion to the empty spaces. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until all ingredients are cooked through.
Turn off the heat and wait for 20 seconds. Add the sauce and quickly toss to coat evenly. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
