INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (350g) skinless chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head (300g) cabbage
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
PASOS
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with sake, salt, and pepper. Coat with cornstarch evenly.
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned.
Add the cabbage to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Pour the mixture into the pan and stir well to coat the chicken and cabbage.
Serve hot and enjoy.
