- 🍗 250g chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves
Seafood
- 🦐 1 tbsp dried sakura shrimp
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Chicken Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 💧 50cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
PASOS
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix the chicken with sake, salt, and pepper. Coat with cornstarch.
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. Add the cabbage and stir-fry until lightly coated with oil.
Add the sauce ingredients, mix well, cover, and cook on low heat for 2 minutes. Add sakura shrimp and stir-fry to combine.
