INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
Vegetables
- 3 leaves Chinese cabbage
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
Thickener
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Oils
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning - Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1/3 tsp grated garlic
Seasoning - Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 100 ml water
PASOS
Cut the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces and julienne the carrot.
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Place chicken, marinade ingredients (sake, salt, pepper, ginger, garlic) in a bag, massage, and let sit for 10 minutes. Add potato starch and coat evenly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until both sides are golden brown.
Add carrot, Chinese cabbage, and sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, chicken stock, water). Cover and simmer on low heat for 7 minutes.
Remove the lid, cook on medium heat until thickened, and stir in sesame oil.
