INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🧅 1.5 onions, roughly chopped
- 1 green chili, deseeded and sliced
- 1/2 red chili, deseeded and sliced
Protein
- 🍗 1 can chicken breast, drained
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
- Drizzle of sesame oil
- Sprinkle of sesame seeds
PASOS
Prepare all ingredients: chop onions, deseed and slice chilies, and drain chicken breast.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and sauté the onions lightly.
Add a pinch of salt, 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce, and 1 tbsp soy sauce to the onions and mix well.
When onions turn slightly translucent, add the drained chicken breast and sliced chilies. Stir to combine.
Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds, a pinch of black pepper, and a drizzle of sesame oil.
