INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
Vegetables
- 1 bag (200g) bean sprouts
- 🍄 1 pack (100g) maitake mushrooms
Soup Base
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 500ml water
PASOS
Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Separate the maitake mushrooms into small clusters.
Add all soup base ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil. Add bean sprouts, maitake mushrooms, and chicken. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes until the ingredients are cooked through.
