INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🥬 9 lettuce leaves
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Ssamjang Ingredients
- 🍗 40g minced chicken breast
- 1 tsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tsp doenjang (Korean soybean paste)
- 💧 1 tsp water
- 1 tsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp oligosaccharide
- a pinch of black pepper
PASOS
Heat a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry the minced chicken breast until cooked.
Turn off the heat and add minced garlic, water, cooking wine, oligosaccharide, black pepper, doenjang, and gochujang. Mix well and simmer until thickened.
In a bowl, mix cooked rice with sesame seeds, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt.
Shape the seasoned rice into small balls and wrap each with a lettuce leaf.
Top each lettuce wrap with the prepared chicken ssamjang.
