INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍗 250g chicken breast
- 🥔 150g potato
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Cornstarch as needed
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
Garnish
- Sesame seeds as needed
- 🧅 Chopped green onion as needed
PASOS
Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain and microwave with 1 tbsp water for 5 minutes at 600W. Drain again.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with cornstarch.
Mix the sauce ingredients (gochujang, sake, sugar, garlic, soy sauce) in a bowl.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides. Add potato and cook until chicken is fully cooked.
Reduce heat to low, remove excess oil with a paper towel, and add the sauce. Stir to coat evenly.
Serve on a plate, sprinkle sesame seeds, and garnish with chopped green onion.
