INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 50g chicken cartilage
- 200g ground chicken
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion, minced
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- to taste white sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp sake
Seasoning for Meat Mixture
- 🥚 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- to taste pepper
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tsp sugar
PASOS
Finely chop the chicken cartilage and mince the green onion.
In a bowl, combine cartilage, ground chicken, green onion, and the seasoning ingredients. Mix well and shape into two oval patties.
Mix the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, mirin, sugar) in a separate bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook until browned on one side. Flip, add sake, cover, and cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and coat the patties evenly.
Plate the patties, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and serve with egg yolk on the side.
