INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍚 200g of cooked rice
- 🍗 2 pieces (100g) of chicken tenders
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🥪 1 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 🍞 3 tbsp of breadcrumbs
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 leaf of cabbage
- 🍅 2 mini tomatoes
- 🥦 1 floret (15g) of boiled broccoli
Condiments
- 🥣 2 tbsp of tonkatsu sauce
PASOS
Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper. Coat both sides with mayonnaise and breadcrumbs.
Place the coated chicken on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes, flip, and bake for another 5 minutes until cooked through. Coat both sides with tonkatsu sauce.
Place the cabbage leaf in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds. Let it cool and shred into thin strips.
Assemble the bento box: Add rice, layer with shredded cabbage, place the chicken on top, and garnish with mini tomatoes and boiled broccoli.
