- 1 tsp black pepper
- 🥛 1 cup milk
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup batter mix
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes
Sauce Ingredients
- 💧 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup flour
- 🧈 1/4 cup butter
- 🍅 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 🍬 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
PASOS
Slice chicken breast horizontally and flatten with the back of a knife.
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then soak in milk for 10-15 minutes.
Coat chicken in a mixture of flour and batter mix.
Dip chicken in beaten eggs.
Coat chicken with breadcrumbs mixed with parsley flakes.
Fry chicken in oil until golden brown. Use medium heat for even cooking.
Prepare sauce by mixing water, sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, and vinegar.
Heat butter and flour in a pan until golden brown.
Add the prepared sauce mixture to the pan and simmer until thickened.
