INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍗 1 piece (350g) chicken breast
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥬 3 leaves lettuce (90g)
- 1 bag baby leaf
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
Dressing
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 🍬 1/4 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASOS
Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces and mix with baby leaf in a bowl.
Cut chicken breast into halves, place in a heatproof container, and marinate with sake, sugar, and salt for 15 minutes. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Let cool with wrap on.
Boil eggs for 10–11 minutes, cool in cold water, and peel. Separate yolks and whites; finely chop whites and sieve yolks to create mimosa eggs.
Mix all dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
Slice chicken into 5mm thick pieces diagonally.
Arrange salad on a plate, top with chicken slices, drizzle dressing, and garnish with mimosa eggs.
