INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 100g macaroni (8-minute type)
Meat
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (250g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion (200g), thinly sliced
- 🍄 5 mushrooms, sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Dairy
- 🥛 400ml milk
- 1 can white sauce (290g)
- 🧀 100g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Chopped parsley, to taste
PASOS
Slice the onion thinly and cut the mushrooms into 5mm slices.
Cut the chicken into 2–3cm cubes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken skin-side down until browned on both sides. Add the onion and sauté until softened, then add the mushrooms and stir-fry briefly.
Add milk and macaroni to the pan, stir, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the macaroni is tender.
Add the white sauce and salt, stirring until smooth.
Sprinkle pizza cheese on top, cover, and heat until the cheese melts. Garnish with parsley if desired.
