    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tbsp potato starch
  • Simmering Sauce

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/3 tsp dashi powder

Cut the green onion into two parts: chop the top third finely for meatball mixture, and slice the bottom two-thirds diagonally into 2cm pieces. Cut the cabbage into 3cm wide pieces. Slice the ginger thinly.

In a bowl, mix ground chicken, chopped green onion, and meatball seasoning ingredients. Divide into 4 portions and shape into round patties about 2cm thick.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the meatballs in the pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side until browned. Add water, simmering sauce ingredients, and ginger. Once boiling, add sliced green onion and cabbage. Cover and simmer on low heat for 7-8 minutes.
