INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍗 2 chicken tenders (100g)
- 🥔 2 potatoes (150g)
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli (80g)
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Pinch of black pepper
Seasoning for Chicken
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Chili Mayo Sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
PASOS
Cut the potatoes into wedges and soak in water. Drain. Separate broccoli into small florets.
Place potatoes and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain water.
Slice chicken tenders diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
Mix sweet chili sauce and mayonnaise in a bowl to prepare the chili mayo sauce.
Steam broccoli in a pan with 3 tbsp water over medium heat for 2 minutes. Drain water.
Heat vegetable oil in the same pan over medium heat. Cook chicken and potatoes separately until golden brown, flipping occasionally. Add broccoli and stir-fry together.
Plate the dish, drizzle with chili mayo sauce, and sprinkle with black pepper.
