INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Enough flour for coating
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Honey Ginger Sauce
- 1 clove minced ginger
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🥢 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Cut the chicken thigh into 4 vertical slits. Season both sides with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
Mince the ginger finely.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and press gently with a spatula until golden brown. Flip the chicken, cover the pan, and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until fully cooked. Remove the chicken.
Add the sauce ingredients (ginger, honey, sake, soy sauce) to the same pan and heat over medium heat. Stir and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Slice the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces, plate them, and pour the sauce over.
