INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Potato starch as needed
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🥬 3 leaves of lettuce
Seasoning
- 🍯 1 tsp honey
- 2 tsp grain mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
PASOS
Place the chicken thigh skin-side down and make shallow cuts vertically. Cut into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with potato starch.
Mix the honey, grain mustard, mayonnaise, and salt in a bowl until well combined.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook for 2 minutes.
Flip the chicken and cook on lower medium heat for another 2 minutes until fully cooked. Add the seasoning mixture and stir until evenly coated. Serve on a plate lined with lettuce.
