INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
- 🥬 1/4 stalk celery, chopped
- 🍋 1/2 lemon, juiced and zested
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Enough flour for coating
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Lemon Tomato Sauce Seasoning
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
PASOS
Dice the tomato into 1cm cubes, chop the celery finely, juice and zest the lemon.
Mix the sauce ingredients (☆) in a bowl, add the lemon juice, then stir in the tomato and celery.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat lightly with flour.
Heat olive oil in a pan, place chicken skin-side down, and cook on medium heat until browned. Flip, cover, and cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
Plate the chicken, pour the lemon tomato sauce over it, and sprinkle with lemon zest.
