- 150g Chinese cabbage

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp salted kelp
- 🧄 a pinch of grated garlic
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame

Cut the Chinese cabbage in half lengthwise, then slice into 1cm wide pieces.

Place the cabbage and salt in a bowl, massage until softened, then squeeze out excess water.
