- 🥬 1 head lettuce
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Seafood
- 1 can scallops with juice
Seasoning
- 💧 300 ml water
- 2/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
PASOS
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the green onion thinly on a diagonal after halving it lengthwise.
In a pot, combine water, chicken stock powder, salt, pepper, and canned scallops (including the juice). Bring to a boil.
Add the lettuce and green onion to the pot. Cook until the lettuce becomes tender.
Drizzle sesame oil over the dish before serving.
