    • 1 tsp chicken broth powder
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce

Cut the salmon into thirds, sprinkle with a small amount of salt, let sit for 3 minutes, then pat dry with a paper towel.

Boil plenty of water in a frying pan, add the cabbage leaves, and cook for about 2 minutes until softened. Drain well.

Place a piece of salmon on each cabbage leaf, roll tightly, and fold the edges inward to fully enclose the salmon. Make 6 rolls in total.

Add the seasoning mixture (water, ginger, chicken broth powder, sake, salt, soy sauce) to the pan, heat over medium heat until boiling, then cover and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes. Drizzle sesame oil over the rolls before serving.
