Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds

Cut the cabbage core into thin slices and the leaves into 4cm wide strips.
