INGREDIENTES
Main
- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
- 1 tsp dried wakame
- 2 shiso leaves
- 🥚 1 onsen egg
- nori, as needed
- 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
- chili oil, as needed
Soup
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 100 ml water
PASOS
Cut off the stems of the shiso leaves and slice them thinly. Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water, then drain.
Mix the soup ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl and heat uncovered at 600W for about 30 seconds.
Place the frozen udon in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave according to the package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain.
Arrange the udon in the soup bowl, top with wakame, shiso leaves, and the onsen egg. Garnish with nori, sesame seeds, and chili oil.
