INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 200g chop steak beef
- 1 serving udon noodles
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/4 bell pepper
- 1/4 green pepper
- 🍄 2 button mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of bonito flakes
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1.5 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- Pinch of black pepper
PASOS
Cut onion, bell pepper, and green pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Quarter the button mushrooms.
Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
Boil udon noodles in water until loosened and cooked.
Heat olive oil in a pan and add chop steak beef.
Season beef with salt and black pepper, then stir-fry.
Add prepared vegetables and mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry together.
Add cooked noodles and sauce to the pan, stir-frying quickly.
Plate the dish and garnish with bonito flakes.
