INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 120g chrysanthemum greens
- 🧅 5cm green onion
- 2 sheets Korean seaweed
Dressing
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASOS
Separate chrysanthemum greens into stems and leaves. Slice stems thinly at an angle and cut leaves into bite-sized pieces. Slice green onion into thin strips.
Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl.
Add tuna and green onion to the dressing, mix well. Add chrysanthemum greens and tear Korean seaweed into pieces while adding. Toss lightly.
