- 🦑 2 squid tentacles
- 4 fish cakes
- 1/2 medium pickled radish

Squid Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sugar
Radish Seasoning
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion
Rice
- Cooked rice
- A small amount of sesame oil
- 🧂 A small amount of salt
- Sesame seeds
- Seaweed sheets
PASOS
Cut the fish cakes into large pieces, about six sections.
Pan-fry the fish cakes until golden on both sides. No additional oil is needed as they are pre-fried.
Slice the pickled radish into desired shapes.
Blanch the squid in boiling water and prepare it for seasoning.
Prepare the squid seasoning by mixing gochujang, chili powder, plum extract, soy sauce, corn syrup, and sugar.
Mix the squid, fish cakes, and green onion with the prepared seasoning.
Prepare the radish seasoning by mixing chili powder, fish sauce, sesame oil, and green onion.
Season the cooked rice with sesame oil, sesame seeds, and a small amount of salt.
Spread the seasoned rice onto halved seaweed sheets and roll them tightly.
Brush the rolled gimbap with sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds before slicing.
