- 🐟 200g sashimi-grade tuna
- 🌿 20g cilantro, chopped
- 🥑 1 avocado, diced
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the cilantro into 2cm pieces after removing the roots. Dice the avocado into 1cm cubes after peeling and removing the seed.

Cut the tuna into 1cm cubes.

In a bowl, mix all the seasonings (soy sauce, fish sauce, lemon juice, sweet chili sauce, sesame oil). Add the cilantro, avocado, and tuna, then toss gently to combine.
