- 🐚 6 clams, pre-soaked
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, sliced
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves, chopped

- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

- 💧 400 ml water
PASOS
Slice the carrot into thin pieces and chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the carrot and cabbage until softened.
Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil.
Add the clams and cook for 1 minute until their shells open.
Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
