- 🐚 300g clams, cleaned
Herbs
- 🌿 4 basil leaves, chopped
- 🌿 2 basil leaves for garnish
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
Liquids
- 50cc white wine

- 🧈 20g salted butter
PASOS
Chop 4 basil leaves and slice the garlic, removing the core.
Wash the clams thoroughly by rubbing the shells together.
Place clams, garlic, and white wine in a pan over medium heat. Cover and steam for about 5 minutes until clams open.
Reduce to low heat, add salt, butter, and chopped basil. Stir until butter melts and combines.
Serve on a plate and garnish with torn basil leaves.
