INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 120g penne
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Meat
- 200g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced (100g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Canned Goods
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 100ml water
Toppings
- 🧀 Grated cheese, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
PASOS
Mince the onion and garlic, removing the core from the garlic.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add ground meat and cook over medium heat until browned. Add minced onion and cook until softened.
Add canned tomatoes and seasonings (ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and water). Mix well, cover, and simmer over low heat for 8-10 minutes. Remove the lid and cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
Cook penne in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and mix with butter while still hot.
Plate the buttered penne and top with the meat sauce. Sprinkle grated cheese and black pepper to taste.
