- 🐟 200g cod fillets
Vegetables
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
Marinade
- 🥛 100g unsweetened yogurt
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
PASOS
Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel.
Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl, add the cod fillets, and let them marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Line a toaster tray with aluminum foil, place the marinated cod and cherry tomatoes on it, and bake for 6–7 minutes until the cod is golden brown.
