INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
Fish
- 🐟 100g horse mackerel sashimi
Vegetables
- 1 myoga, thinly sliced
- 3 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
Broth
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 60ml water
- 🧊 6 ice cubes
Seasoning
- 2 tsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- Pinch of white sesame seeds
PASOS
Mix dashi powder and water in a microwave-safe container, heat at 600W for 90 seconds, then add ice cubes to cool.
Slice myoga and shiso leaves thinly.
Combine mirin, soy sauce, ginger, and sesame seeds in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely, and heat at 600W for 40 seconds. Let it cool.
Cut horse mackerel into bite-sized pieces and marinate in the cooled seasoning for 5 minutes.
Place cooked rice in a bowl, top with marinated fish, myoga, and shiso, then pour the cooled dashi over.
