INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 2 packs frozen udon noodles
Protein
- 125g skinless chicken breast
Vegetables
- 200g bean sprouts
- 🍋 1/2 lemon, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🧄 Pinch of garlic paste
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Soup Base
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 400ml water
Garnish
- Chopped green onion, as needed
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
PASOS
Slice the lemon thinly.
Cut the chicken breast to even thickness, season with salt, pepper, and sake, then microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Let it cool and shred into pieces, soaking in its cooking juices.
Microwave bean sprouts with 1 tbsp water at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain and mix with garlic paste, sesame oil, and salt. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Mix chicken stock powder, salt, and water in a bowl. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Microwave frozen udon noodles as per package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain.
Plate the noodles, top with shredded chicken, seasoned bean sprouts, and lemon slices. Pour the chilled soup base over and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
