INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 150g somen noodles
Protein
- 70g canned tuna in oil
Vegetables
- 10 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
Sauce
- 4 tbsp concentrated men tsuyu
- 💧 200ml water
- 🍋 2 tsp lemon juice
PASOS
Cut off the stems of the shiso leaves and slice them thinly.
Mix the men tsuyu, water, and lemon juice in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Boil water in a pot, cook the somen noodles according to the package instructions, then rinse under cold water and drain.
Plate the somen noodles, top with tuna and sliced shiso leaves, and pour the sauce over.
