INGREDIENTES
Chicken
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Potato starch as needed
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
Oil
- Salad oil as needed
Marinade
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 🧂 Salt as needed
- 💧 2 tbsp water
PASOS
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Coat evenly with potato starch.
Heat oil in a pan to about 1 cm depth. Fry chicken at 170–180°C until golden brown, flipping once. Drain excess oil.
Slice onion thinly, julienne carrot, and slice yellow bell pepper.
Mix marinade ingredients (vinegar, honey, salt, water) in a bowl.
Combine vegetables with marinade, then add fried chicken and mix lightly.
