    • 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g)
    • 🥦 1/2 broccoli (125g)

    • 1 can (180g) cream corn
  • Liquid

    • 💧 250cc water
  • Seasoning

    • 1/2 tsp consomme
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper

Cut the potato into large bite-sized pieces and soak in water to remove excess starch. Drain. Cut the carrot into irregular bite-sized pieces by rotating the carrot while slicing. Separate the broccoli into small florets.

Slice the sausages diagonally in half.

Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.

In a pot, add the chicken and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat and skim off any foam. Add the seasonings (consomme, salt, pepper), potato, and carrot. Once boiling, cover and simmer on low heat for 7–8 minutes.

Add the sausages and broccoli to the pot. Cover again and simmer for 2–3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Add the cream corn and milk to the pot, stirring to combine. Heat gently until just before boiling.
