Cream Sauce Ingredients
- 🥛 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 cube chicken stock (optional)
PASOS
Melt butter in a frying pan and sauté the onion until translucent.
Add milk, cornstarch, chicken stock, black pepper, and salt to the pan with the onion. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Heat olive oil in another frying pan and cook the chicken breast on both sides until golden brown.
Plate the cooked chicken, pour the cream sauce over it, and garnish with parsley.
