INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍚 120g cooked rice
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
- 🎃 30g sliced pumpkin
- A pinch of black pepper
Broth
- 💧 100cc water
- 🥛 100cc milk
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp consomme powder
PASOS
Rinse the cooked rice under running water using a sieve and drain well.
Cut the pumpkin into 1cm slices.
Slice the bacon into 1cm strips.
In a pot, combine the broth ingredients (water, milk, salt, consomme) and the rice. Bring to a boil.
Add the bacon and pumpkin to the pot, stir gently, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until the pumpkin softens.
Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with black pepper.
