INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (250g)
- 30g garlic chives
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Enough flour to coat
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp grated ginger
PASOS
Cut open the thick parts of the chicken thigh and make small cuts. Season with salt and pepper, then lightly coat with flour.
Finely chop the garlic chives. In a bowl, mix all sauce ingredients and add the garlic chives to create the chive sauce.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.
Plate the chicken and pour the garlic chive sauce over it.
