- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 piece ginger, minced

- 🍞 20g breadcrumbs
PASOS
Finely mince the onion, garlic, and ginger.
In a microwave-safe container, combine the minced onion, garlic, ginger, and ready-made curry. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 3 minutes.
Place the cooked rice in a heatproof dish. Pour the heated curry mixture over the rice, top with shredded pizza cheese, and sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly on top. Bake in a toaster oven for 10–15 minutes, or until the surface is golden brown.
