INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 🧅 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup flour or starch
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Sauce Ingredients
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
PASOS
Wash the tofu under running water, cut into bite-sized pieces, and remove excess moisture.
Place flour or starch in a plastic bag, add the tofu, and shake to coat evenly.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the tofu until golden and crispy.
In the same pan, sauté chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic.
Add soy sauce, ketchup, and corn syrup to the pan and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Add the fried tofu to the pan and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
