- 1 tbsp red pepper paste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Wash the chili peppers thoroughly under running water.
Drain the chili peppers using a sieve and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Cut the chili peppers into 1 cm pieces.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing soybean paste, red pepper paste, sesame oil, minced garlic, plum extract, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
Place the chopped chili peppers in a large bowl and add the prepared seasoning.
Mix the chili peppers and seasoning until evenly coated.
