- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar

- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Slice the cucumber thinly and mix with fine salt and sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Shred the crab sticks along their natural fibers.
Squeeze out the water from the cucumber and combine it with the shredded crab sticks.
Mix mustard, soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar in a bowl, then pour over the cucumber and crab sticks. Toss well.
