INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥒 2 cucumbers
- 🥑 1 avocado
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/4 sheet nori
- to taste white sesame seeds
Salt Lemon Dressing
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- a pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp water
PASOS
Peel the cucumber partially using a peeler to create stripes. Trim the ends and cut diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Place in a bowl, sprinkle with 1/3 tsp salt, mix well, and let sit for 10 minutes. Drain the excess water. Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces after removing the seed and skin.
In a separate bowl, mix all the ingredients for the salt lemon dressing. Add the cucumber and avocado, and toss to combine.
Serve on a plate, tear the nori into small pieces and sprinkle on top, followed by white sesame seeds.
