INGREDIENTES

- 30g vermicelli
- 3 slices ham
- 🥕 30g carrot
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g)
Dressing
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Cut the cucumber and carrot into thin strips. Halve the vermicelli using kitchen scissors.

Cut the ham in half, stack, and slice into thin strips.

Boil water in a pot, add vermicelli and carrot, and cook for 3 minutes. Drain well.
