INGREDIENTES
Sandwich Ingredients
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🍞 4 slices of bread
- 🧈 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
PASOS
Wash 1 cucumber thoroughly.
Slice the cucumber thinly using a slicer.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the cucumber slices and mix well.
Wrap the salted cucumber slices and let them sit for 5 minutes.
Squeeze out the excess water from the cucumber slices.
Scramble 3 eggs in a frying pan.
Trim the edges of 2 slices of bread.
Spread 1 tbsp of mayonnaise evenly on one slice of bread.
Place the scrambled eggs on top of the mayonnaise layer.
Add a generous amount of the prepared cucumber slices on top of the eggs.
Spread 1 tbsp of whole grain mustard on another slice of bread.
Place the mustard-coated bread slice on top to complete the sandwich.
Cut the sandwich in half before serving.
