INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥒 2 cucumbers (200g)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp white dashi
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Toppings
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
PASOS
Cut off both ends of the cucumbers. Lightly smash them with a rolling pin and break them into bite-sized pieces by hand.
Place the cucumbers and seasoning ingredients (white dashi, salt, vinegar, water) into a storage bag. Gently massage the bag, remove air, and seal it. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Drain excess liquid, plate the cucumbers, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
