INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 200g ground chicken
- 🧈 100g firm tofu
- as needed all-purpose flour
- as needed vegetable oil
Nugget Seasoning
- 🥚 1 egg white
- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 🧄 1/4 tsp garlic paste
- 🍞 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 a pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp whole grain mustard
PASOS
Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper, place it on a microwave-safe plate, and heat in a 600W microwave for 2 minutes. Let it cool and drain the water using a strainer.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, drained tofu, and all nugget seasoning ingredients until sticky. Divide into 8 portions, shape into oval patties, and coat with all-purpose flour.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to 170°C (about 2 cm deep). Fry the patties for about 5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
In a bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.
Serve the nuggets on a plate with the sauce on the side.
