INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 🥚 8 eggs
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 🥛 200 ml milk
- 🧂 4 pinches salt
- pepper to taste
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter (optional)
- 1 pinch seaweed flakes (optional)
PASOS
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk and curry powder, and whisk well.
Cut the tofu into 1 cm cubes.
Heat a frying pan, add a small amount of cooking oil, and pour in the egg mixture. Reduce heat to medium.
As the bottom starts to set, gently stir with a spatula to create soft curds.
When the eggs are half-cooked, add the tofu cubes.
Cook until the tofu and eggs are soft and well combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Turn off the heat and optionally stir in 1 tbsp of butter to enhance the curry flavor.
Serve over a bowl of rice and garnish with seaweed flakes or salad leaves.
